This prize is of high renown and aims to reward new initiatives referring to teaching and learning a language by means of new methodologies or approaches. The European Commission’s aim is to raise the quality standard of language teaching and learning within Europe Union.

The ELL award took place in Bonn on the 4th of October 2012. The Project L-Pack was represented by Groepel Sabine and Martina Bachmeier (VHS Cham, the German partner of the project).
The jury handed over the certificate and read the explanation of the project to all participants of the event.
Both the jury and the participants of the ceremony expressed their high appraisal of the L-Pack project’s language learning materials and declared that they find L-Pack very helpful for the migrants.
